Effect of repair parameters on composite plates under low velocity impact

چکیده

In this study, the impact behavior of patch-repaired layered composite plates under low velocity loads was numerically investigated. For purpose, with holes different geometries in middle were repaired patches using various adhesives. Impact material investigated by dropping strikers speeds on plate. Layered plate used as sheet and patch material, orientation angles are [0 ° / 45 0 °] for patch. ANSYS Ls-Dyna finite element package program three dimensional modelling solution. Therefore, effects variables such striker, adhesive, boundary conditions. It has been determined that hexagonal type performs better than other geometries.
